Countries/areas we ship to

Normally we offer shipping to Australia, Austria, Belgium, British, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Cyprus, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States. If you need to ship to other countries/areas, please contact us first.
Please note: The international shipment may be subject to an import taxes or customs duties. These charges must be paid for by the recipient as we have no control over these charges.

Couriers we use for shipment

Normally we use DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT/USPS to ship our products. After shipment, we may send an email to our customers with tracking number/tracking link for the status of shipment.

ETA=Crafting Time +Shipping Time

From the time the order is placed to the time you receive it, the whole process contains crafting time and shipping time. We have different crafting time options from 1 to 10 business days. And it takes another 4-8 business days for completion and shipping. During the process, we will send the proofs (mock-ups) for your verification. Delay approval or modifications will need extra time.  Our standard crafting time is within 10 business days and we have expedited crafting services with extra fee as below if you need to receive it earlier. Our fastest crafting time is 1 day for completion, so you can receive your order fastest in 4-6 business days. The ETA is not totally accurate and one or two business days delay is considered as normal situation. In addition, remote area would need extra 1-3 days for remote shipping time. You can contact us or contact DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT/USPS to check your address if it's remote area or not.

Extremely Rush	$18	5 business days	8-11 business days	This option provides you with a extremely rush crafting turnaround time and free proofing. We would send proofing / mock-ups via email for your verification within 5 days and need to get respond from you within 24 hours. Delay approval or modification requests will add additional crafting time.
Urgent	$25	3 business days	6-9 business days	This option provides you with a urgent crafting turnaround time and free proofing. We would send proofing / mock-ups via email for your verification within 3 days and need to get respond from you within 24 hours. Delay approval or modification requests will add additional crafting time.
I need it now	$35	1 business day	4-6 business days	This option provides you with an super urgent sculpting turnaround time but not proofing because time is limited. We will finish it in one day and get it shipped. We will do the best likeness with internal review by our resemblance inspection department.

Delays

While we make every effort to meet production and shipping timelines, we shall not be held responsible for any delays that occur beyond our reasonable control. Modification during the proofing process requests may add additional sculpting time and lead to longer turn arround time.

-We do not have overnight shipping service and pickup service.
